Event Promoter / Affiliate Agreement

Affiliate is authorized to promote Eternitiii-listed events in exchange for commission per ticket sold via referral links.

Promote events truthfully and lawfully. No spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized ads. Keep accurate account/payment details.

Affiliate earns [X% or $] per ticket sold. Paid within [X business days] post-event, after refunds cleared. Eternitiii may adjust rates with notice.

No self-purchases for commission. Fraudulent or abusive activity results in forfeiture and termination.

Either party may terminate at any time. Eternitiii may withhold commissions if terms breached.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
