• Access platform features and tools
• Communicate with other users

Prohibited Uses

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Chargebacks may result in account termination

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Ensure venue safety and accessibility
• Handle attendee inquiries and support
• Process refunds according to stated policies

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eternitiii and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it for platform operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eternitiii, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
• We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases
• Certain provisions survive termination
• We may retain data as required by law

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
