We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, can no longer attend, or purchased a ticket in error.
Refunds are only provided if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly altered, or in case of a faulty/duplicate transaction.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Affiliate commissions on refunded tickets are reversed.
Eternitiii is a platform provider and not responsible for event quality, safety, or conduct. Event organizers are fully responsible for delivery.
