Welcome to Eternitiii ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using eternitiii.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Eternitiii operates as a ticket marketplace and event discovery platform. We connect event attendees with event organizers, promoters, and authorized ticket sellers.
2.2 Ticket Sources
Tickets available on Eternitiii may come from:
- Direct event organizers who list on our platform
- Authorized ticket resellers and marketplaces
- Third-party ticketing platforms through partnerships
- Independent promoters with valid selling rights
IMPORTANT: Eternitiii acts as a marketplace intermediary. Some tickets are resold from authorized sources with appropriate markup to cover our service fees, platform maintenance, customer support, and transaction processing.
2.3 Our Role
We provide:
- Event discovery and aggregation services
- Secure payment processing
- Customer support
- Ticket delivery coordination
- Refund management (subject to conditions)
3. TICKET PURCHASES
3.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on Eternitiii are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include:
- Base ticket price
- Service fees
- Platform fees
- Payment processing fees
- Applicable taxes (GST)
Markup Disclosure: Tickets resold through our marketplace may include a markup above the original selling price. This markup covers our operational costs, customer service, technology infrastructure, and risk management.
3.2 Price Variations
Ticket prices may vary from original venue or organizer pricing due to:
- Market demand
- Availability
- Service fees
- Resale authorization fees
- Dynamic pricing algorithms
3.3 Payment
We accept payment via:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our authorized payment processor.
3.4 Ticket Delivery
Upon successful payment:

4. TICKET VALIDITY AND AUTHENTICITY
4.1 Our Guarantee
Eternitiii guarantees that all tickets sold through our platform are:
- Valid for event entry
- Sourced from authorized sellers
- Authentic and not counterfeit
4.2 Entry Issues
If you experience entry issues with a ticket purchased from Eternitiii:
- Contact our support team immediately at support@eternitiii.com
- Provide proof of purchase and entry denial
- We will work to resolve the issue or provide a full refund
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 Event Cancellation
If an event is officially cancelled:
- Full refund of ticket price (including fees)
- Refunds processed within 14 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
5.2 Event Postponement
If an event is postponed:
- Original tickets remain valid for rescheduled date
- Refund available if you cannot attend new date
- Request refund within 14 days of postponement announcement
5.3 Change of Mind
Generally, tickets are non-refundable after purchase except:
- Event cancellation or significant changes
- Proven entry denial due to invalid ticket
- As required by Australian Consumer Law

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

- All activities under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Logos, branding, design
- Text, images, graphics
- Software and code
- Database structure
Is owned by Eternitiii or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Event Content
Event images, descriptions, and promotional materials are:
- Owned by respective event organizers or promoters
- Used with permission or under fair use
- Subject to copyright of original creators
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Service Availability
Eternitiii strives for 24/7 availability but does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to the Platform
- Error-free operations
- Specific event availability
8.2 Third-Party Events
We are not responsible for:
- Event quality, content, or duration
- Venue conditions or facilities
- Performer cancellations or substitutions
- Event date or time changes
- Travel or accommodation costs
8.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the ticket purchase price paid through Eternitiii.
9. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
10. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at eternitiii.com/privacy.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you list events directly on Eternitiii:

- You honor all tickets sold through the Platform
- You comply with venue and legal requirements
14.2 For Promoters
Promoters using our platform agree to:
- Market events ethically and legally
- Provide accurate promotional information
- Disclose commission arrangements
- Comply with consumer protection laws
