Event Organizer Agreement

The Organizer appoints Eternitiii as a platform provider to facilitate ticket sales for events listed by the Organizer.

Provide accurate event details, secure required licenses/permits/insurance, and comply with laws and venue rules.

Eternitiii collects ticket sales on behalf of the Organizer. Eternitiii deducts platform service fee ([X%]), affiliate commissions ([X%]), then pays net revenue within [X business days] after event completion.

Organizer must notify Eternitiii of cancellations/changes. Ticket buyers entitled to refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Eternitiii is a platform only, not responsible for event delivery. Organizer assumes full responsibility for safety and delivery.

Either party may terminate with [30 days' notice]. Eternitiii may terminate immediately for breach.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
